Greetings. Here are a few important points to consider before you call, visit or email a reader. Of course you want your reading to be the best and most accurate, so by keeping these points in mind, you won't waste anyone's time or your money in the long run and you'll be sure to get a good reading.

First thing to consider, I would like to advise anyone who is extremely angry at the moment to hold back from contacting an advisor. This is very important. Go take a shower, have a good cry, eat something to calm your stomach if you have to, do anything you can to get control of your emotions and calm yourself down before making that call. Anger can put up a block which keeps the energy from flowing through you and to the reader. With the economy being so bad right now, you'll be wise on how you spend your money, especially if you are paying per minute on the phone. I would also advise sending the reader (of your choice) an email before the reading and then arranging a call with them. This way you are checking with them to see if they are feeling up to the reading by feeling grounded and connected and you are open minded and relaxed to receive the information given to you. This will also help to connect your energy quicker, save you money and give the advisor a heads up on the issue that concerns you so they can focus in on it. Do what you can to be prepared in order to get the best information for your situation and hard earned money. It will make a difference.

Also, please take the time to write down your concerns on paper. This is really helpful. Look it over and make sure it is worded the way you are comfortable with. Be honest. If you are not honest, how do you expect guidance on the issue at heart? Your advisor can give the guidance or open your eyes to a path you didn't consider, but you must be honest, open minded and ready to confront it. Obviously, you are ready for a much needed change since your seeking has brought you this far and to understand that you need some help (guidance) and would like to get to the bottom of the issue. Yes, there are con artists and swindlers out there who are selling fabricated psychic services with the single intent of making money but there are also a lot of real psychic readers available who are reliable and genuine. For those of you who have trouble dreaming or don't remember your dreams, here are some suggestions you can try to bring on dreams or to help you remember them:

**Try self hypnosis. This is done once you get into bed. Close your eyes, clear your mind, take deep breaths and recite, "I will remember my dream when I wake up." Repeat this over and over until you doze off.

**Dream oil. Use this on pillow to induce sleep and prophetic dreams or visions.

**Lavender. Use for calming and peace. Try burning a lavender candle before bed to let the aroma fill the air or sprinkle some lavender oil on pillow or in bath water to relax you for bed.

**Midnight oil. Sprinkle on pillow to help produce prophetic dreams.

**Mimosa oil. Anoint the body before going to bed to bring dreams and reveal upcoming events.

**Rose. You may use rose oil or light a rose scented candle, sniff some rose potpourri or use rose room spray for drawing calmness and peace before bed.

**Herkimer. This is a quartz resembling a diamond. It can be placed under the pillow to increase relaxation and stimulate clairvoyance.

First off, let me explain to you a little bit about the sleep cycle... I won't go to in depth with it as to keep from boring you, but what you must know or should know to help you understand the dream realm is REM sleep. There are different stages to the sleep cycle but the most common for dreams is REM (rapid eye movement). This is the stage where your eyes dart back and forth and your body jerks/jumps. You can experience this stage more than once in your sleep cycle. Not to mention, should you disrupt the sleep pattern by getting up for a glass of water, to go to the bathroom, check on a sick child or a crying baby, that once you get back to bed and start drifting off, you can experience this cycle again. While we sleep, our minds are still active. We receive answers to our everyday worries. Most people just don't know how to get the answers because they don't know what their dreams mean. The types of dreams

As you may see from the list below, there are many different types of dreams. The following list touches a few of them.

How about Prophetic dreams? These are dreams that tell the future. It's as if our mind receives a message and knows what is to come before we know what's coming or on it's way.

What about an Epic dream? Have you ever heard of this one? Epic dreams have such detail and are so vivid and memorable that they will stay with you. You could have dreamt it 10 years ago, 3 years ago or even in childhood and it seems like just yesterday you dreamt it.

Lucid dreams. This is a dream within a dream. Imagine that! Two for the price of one. This is the type of dream when you'd say, 'hold on a minute...I have got to be dreaming.' And, of course, you are.

Recurring and re-occurring dreams. These are dreams that keep repeating. For example, in the past seven nights, you experienced the same dream three times.

Nightmares. Who hasn't experienced one of these? This is a bad dream. It contains disturbing events/contents so that it will or can wake you abruptly. Usually you'll feel frightened and it seemed so real. Nightmares are very common in young children, which is why they wake up scared, screaming, or crying, and need to be comforted.
