Realm of Dreams

I am sure that you have entered into the realm of dreams at one time or another. After all, we spend approximately one third of our life sleeping and participating in the dream realm. Everyone's dream - just like the individual who dreams it - is unique. Did you know that dreams have four parts? There is the beginning, which can give you the time, place and people involved. There is the presentation, which is basically the appearance of the dreams problem coming to light. Then, there is the climax. This is where the transformation has taken place and the situation or the catastrophe is unveiled. And, finally, there is the conclusion or the closing phase of the dream. This is how we receive a wealth of guidance from our own intuitive self. Everyone has the ability to be intuitive. For example, the inner voice. Do you heed what it tells you? This site is dedicated to help you figure out the mystery of what your mind/spirit is trying to tell you so you can solve the mind puzzle, understand the meaning and even apply the message into your everyday life. With my help, you'll be given the key to your own self exploration, insight for you to understand your own self and get to know yourself better. Life itself, after all, is one big lesson.

First off, let me explain to you a little bit about the sleep cycle... I won't go to in depth with it as to keep from boring you, but what you must know or should know to help you understand the dream realm is REM sleep. There are different stages to the sleep cycle but the most common for dreams is REM (rapid eye movement). This is the stage where your eyes dart back and forth and your body jerks/jumps. You can experience this stage more than once in your sleep cycle. Not to mention, should you disrupt the sleep pattern by getting up for a glass of water, to go to the bathroom, check on a sick child or a crying baby, that once you get back to bed and start drifting off, you can experience this cycle again. While we sleep, our minds are still active. We receive answers to our everyday worries. Most people just don't know how to get the answers because they don't know what their dreams mean. People can experience more than just one dream in a single night. Those people that say they don't dream, simply just don't remember them. A majority of people can not remember their dreams within the first few waking minutes. By the time the coffee is ready they have no recollection of the dream at all. But if you were to be awakened during REM sleep, you'd be more apt to remember your dream.
