Meditation....have you tried it?

Lately, there has been much talk about the subject of meditation. Well, this is nothing new and has been around for ages and millenium. People are becoming more spiritual and are opening themselves to the idea of trying something new. We're more into health, doing fitness routines, eating a balanced diet, going organic or even growing our own fruits and veggies. Meditation is like exercise for the mind. It can calm the body, it can relieve stress and pain from illness, it's get us more in touch with us, who we are on a deeper level. We get to know ourselves deep down inside. People are taking an interest in yoga and zen - so the more interested they are on these subjects, the more it involves meditation.  Studies being conducted have found that there are health benefits to this practice and more and more people are fitting it into their busy schedules and lifestyles. Some of the articles are based in specific areas and host classes so if you live in the area, you may enrole in  a class to broaden yourself with this practice. On occasion, I even find and post interesting video's on this subject.
